Overview

Estrel Tower is set to become Berlin’s tallest skyscraper and one of Germany’s most significant new high-rise developments. Rising to a height of 176 meters with 45 floors, the tower is part of the expansion of the existing Estrel Berlin complex — already the largest hotel in Europe.

Designed by the renowned Berlin-based firm Barkow Leibinger, Estrel Tower will combine hotel accommodations, office spaces, and conference facilities, creating a multifunctional vertical complex. The project aims to achieve LEED Platinum certification, setting a new standard for sustainable high-rise architecture in Berlin.

Located in the Neukölln district, a traditionally working-class area undergoing rapid transformation, Estrel Tower is poised to become a new landmark and a catalyst for urban regeneration.
