Anboto Dorrea is the tallest residential building in the Basque Country, located in the Garellano district of Bilbao. The skyscraper reaches a height of 119 meters across 36 floors, providing a new standard for urban living in the city.The tower is the most prominent structure within the Garellano redevelopment plan, aiming to renew this part of Bilbao with new residential, commercial, and public spaces. It was developed by Arrasate Grupo and designed collaboratively by luis vidal + arquitectos and RSHP (Rogers Stirk Harbour + Partners), bringing international expertise to the project.
The name “Anboto” is inspired by the highest peak in the Basque mountain range, symbolizing its dominance in the urban landscape.
